As part of our global expansion, we are now seeking management teams from key countries around the world to bring authentic Malatang culture to the world together!
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Europe Regional Operations Manager in formulating and executing regional operation plans, ensuring effective implementation of all tasks.
- Follow up on and supervise the daily operational activities of franchisees in the European region, ensure stable business growth, and support franchisees in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in conducting business evaluations of European franchisees, organize and propose improvement suggestions and feasible solutions to support enhanced profitability.
- Collect and analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback within the region to provide supportive data and improvement recommendations to the Operations Manager.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees in the European region, follow up on and resolve operational issues they encounter to enhance brand trust and loyalty.
- Assist in handling store-related issues involving products, engineering, logistics, and supply chain; coordinate in a timely manner with headquarters and relevant departments to promote problem-solving and implement standardized processes.
- Support the Operations Manager in implementing standardized management requirements from both headquarters and the region; assist in improving store operational efficiency and optimizing service quality.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Over 2 years of management experience in the food & beverage or retail industry; familiar with the operational management of chain brand stores.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of standardized store operations; understanding of the fundamental processes of franchising business operations.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with customers, team members, and cross-functional departments. Proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to effectively analyze market conditions, store performance, and operational issues, with strong problem-solving execution.
- Stress Tolerance: Good adaptability and resilience; able to maintain high efficiency in a multitasking and fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Passionate about the service industry, detail-oriented, team player, and highly responsible.
