We have approximately 800 dedicated employees working in our offices across Europe including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, and the UK, who operate local and international sales and marketing activities.

We are looking for a Product (Piano) Specialist to join our UK Marketing Team. This role requires a flexible approach to working, including a degree of travelling across the UK and occasional visits to our European headquarters. You will be expected to work at our Milton Keynes office three days a week, while working from home twice a week under the hybrid model.

Your Duties:

  1. You will be responsible for developing and implementing product launches into the dealer sales channel, ensuring sales & marketing activities are aligned.
  2. You will collaborate with the Business Development Managers to report on dealer activity and ROI.
  3. Working in the field with our Dealer network to ensure that marketing activities and potential sales are maximized.
  4. You will work closely with key stakeholders including the Sales & Marketing Director, Sales Team and Internal teams with all actions and progress, gaining feedback insights.
  5. You will be required to work with local UK Artist Rosta including Artist Requests, instrument placement, promotion opportunities, brand presence.
  6. Support internal and external staff with in-depth product knowledge through regular training sessions and circulation of product information.
  7. Develop the marketing strategy to generate sales across all relevant market sectors with clear calls to action.
  8. Identify/Review any new opportunities in alignment with HQ.
  9. Support Global/International Artist requirements as requested by other areas and ensure promotional opportunities are optimised.
  10. Ensure Activity is in line with Pan-European strategy and meets all KPI and targets set by HQ.
  11. Responsible for planning, controlling and reporting the marketing promotional budget for the UK.
  12. Responsible for the control of all Loan Stock, ensuring they are handled efficiently, within budget with no overdue cases.
  13. Monitor the UK market, including competitor activity, in order to identify changes and opportunities and adapt Yamaha strategies accordingly.
  14. Implement the marketing strategy to generate sales across all relevant market sectors with a measured return on investment.
  15. Creation of Assets when required to support the Marketing output, making sure all branding adheres to Yamaha visual Identity and Brand considerations.
  16. Work alongside the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure all Marketing Activity has optimised.
  17. Plan physical event activity for selected products including shows, exhibitions, demo\'s, in store events etc. This includes content, style, layout, timing, targets and measurables.
  18. Responsible for the control of all FOC, ensuring they are within budget and ROI is maximised and reported.
  19. Create annual key dealer account marketing plan.
