We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Sales Representative to drive institutional sales and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, conservatoires, and other key partners across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a trusted brand known for quality, innovation, and musical excellence.

In this role, you will develop and deliver a proactive sales strategy, working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to identify opportunities and grow market share. You’ll build trusted relationships with education providers, support product training and briefings, attend exhibitions and events, and help shape sales activity across piano and digital musical instrument markets. You will also work with internal teams, dealers, finance partners, and industry influencers to ensure sales, marketing, and product development activities are aligned and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a proactive sales plan across education and specialist music markets.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, conservatoires, and other institutional customers.
  • Deliver product training, briefings, and supporting materials.
  • Support exhibitions, events, and promotional activity.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and HQ teams to align activity and support business growth.
  • Represent the brand professionally with customers, partners, and specialist press.
Qualifications
  • Sales or account management experience, ideally in B2B or relationship‑led selling.
  • A good understanding of the education sector and institutional buyers.
  • Confidence presenting, training, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and a calm approach to changing priorities.
  • A valid driving licence, as travel is required.
  • Experience in musical instruments, education sales, or institutional account management would be an advantage, but is not essential.

This is a chance to work with a respected brand, influence growth in an exciting market, and make a real impact in the music education sector. You’ll join a collaborative environment where creativity, professionalism, and commercial success go hand in hand. As part of your package, you’ll receive a competitive range of benefits designed to support your health, wellbeing, and recognise your contribution. These include an annual variable bonus starting from £4,000, Health Shield benefit-in-kind, a Bupa annual health check after 12 months of service, Bupa health insurance after 4 years of eligible service, staff discount on products, and a company car.

If you enjoy driving, building on existing relationships, and developing new ones, we would love to hear from you.
