We are seeking a Clinic Medical Director to join our team at Mirasol Family Health Center. Who We Are Looking For
- A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine
- An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations who would take on clinic leadership responsibilities while managing their patient panel
Position Details
- Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
- Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
- 0.75 FTE (30 hours per week)
- EMR system is EPIC
- Clinic Operational Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Highlights
- New Hire Guarantee: $237,948 + annual CMD stipend
- Hiring Bonus of $22,500
- Relocation assistance of $15,000
- Student loan debt assistance: $37,500
- $1,125 monthly housing/auto stipend for 1 year ($13,500 total)
- $37,500 annual geographical pay
- Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
- Visa assistance - J1 Waiver and H1B
- 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
