Who We Are Looking For:
- An Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine.

Position Details:
- Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
- EMR system is EPIC
- Clinic Operational Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Highlights:
- Base compensation $132k - $144k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
- $15k Hiring Bonus
- $20k Relocation Allowance
- Housing/Auto Stipend $1500 (for 1 year if living in clinical site area)
- $25K annual geographical pay differential
- Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
- 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
- $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date.

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree - Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two‑year Physician Assistant training program.
