Yakel Consultants Ltd in Manchester/Liverpool is seeking a surveyor with 3–7 years' post-graduation experience to own leasing and asset management across the North West portfolio. MRICS or current study is preferred.
The role is client-side in a director-led team, with autonomy to run assets and liaise with occupiers, agents and investors. You will lead lettings, manage rent reviews, renewals, due diligence for acquisitions, and contribute to asset business plans while reporting to the Director.
