YAI is hiring a START Coordinator to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in Hull and East Yorkshire. This role involves conducting assessments, providing resources, and ensuring crisis support for a caseload of up to 25 individuals.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in a relevant field, have experience in the I/DD population, and show strong communication and organizational skills.

The compensation for this role ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 annually.
