- Pre-Sales Support: Partner with Sales Support teams to develop high-quality ad creative and content experience mocks that support outgoing proposals and pitch decks.
- AI-Augmented Design Workflows: Leverage approved AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Canva) to automate repetitive creative tasks, accelerate asset preparation, and rapidly prototype multiple design iterations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Publishers, Monetization, Engineering, and Strategy teams under the guidance of senior team members to understand product constraints and successfully execute design requirements.
- Process Documentation: Support the team's operational excellence by contributing to internal design system libraries, templates, ad specifications, and best practice guides.
- Creative Optimization: Proactively seek and implement AI-driven efficiencies in your day-to-day production workflows to minimize manual layout tasks and maximize design throughput.

- Solid time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- An adaptable mindset with an openness to experimentation and continuous learning in an evolving, AI-augmented design environment.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms or understanding of standard visual ad formats (IAB units, native, and video).
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic HTML/CSS front-end development skills or experience working with Webflow, Figma, and Ceros.
