As the Creative Solutions Strategist at Yahoo, you will serve as the bridge between creative and business objectives, helping to craft and deliver compelling campaign concepts that match audience objectives and measurable results. You will play a pivotal role in developing strategic pitches that tell a story, collaborating with internal and external teams to bring ideas to life—from editorial collaborations to cutting-edge XR (Extended Reality) experiences—and ensuring campaigns align with brand identity, audience insights, and client objectives. You’ll be instrumental in building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring all campaign elements are compelling from every angle, with a focus on integrating creative solutions across video production, digital, and possibly events.

Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Development & Strategy: Lead the creation of innovative and strategic campaign concepts aligned with Yahoo and audience insights. Develop creative solutions that meet client objectives and Yahoo’s business goals.
- Pitch Development & Presentation: Design impactful pitch decks and presentations, effectively communicating creative ideas to clients and stakeholders. Present concepts in a compelling and immersive way to engage the audience.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and creative vision. Act as the main point of contact for client communication, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
- Partnerships & Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovative partnerships, from editorial content integrations to immersive XR experiences. Leverage Yahoo’s capabilities to create standout campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, design, product) and external agencies/vendors to ensure seamless execution. Collaborate with production teams on video and event projects.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, working with analytics teams to adapt strategies for optimal results.
- Sales Support & Negotiation: Partner with sales teams to develop feasible, strategic campaign solutions, ensuring appropriate budgets and resources.
- Creative Oversight: Oversee creative assets from concept to delivery, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Production & Event Expertise: Use expertise in video production and events to elevate campaigns, including managing virtual or in-person events.
- Experience: Extensive experience in creative leadership, campaign development, client management, and cross-functional team leadership. Proven ability in video production and event management.
- Skills: Strong creative and strategic thinking, excellent presentation skills, effective collaboration, and knowledge of digital advertising trends. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Creative storytelling skills to guide clients through campaign journeys.
- Experience managing production timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of Yahoo’s products, industry trends, and emerging technologies like XR.
- Understanding of digital advertising’s impact on business outcomes.
