Yaffle Care is seeking a Registered Manager for our new Lumen House in Basingstoke. You will lead a therapeutic children’s home, ensuring services meet Ofsted and 2015 Regulations, while embedding trauma-informed practices in daily operations.
You will build a high-performing team, develop personalised care plans, and oversee safeguarding, education, health, and inclusion goals for children aged 4–17.
