THE ENGAGEMENT

Support and enhance a live STEPMDM platform at a UK financial services client, working from an Infosys nearshore delivery centre in Central/Eastern Europe. This is a run‑and‑iterate role on an existing Customer MDM deployment—extending, tuning, and supporting it, not building from scratch. The platform underpins the client's single view of customer data across multiple product lines, integrated with their broader data fabric.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Configure and maintain STEP data models, attributes, hierarchies, and resolve match‑merge and golden‑record issues.
  • Build and maintain API‑driven integrations between STEP and upstream/downstream systems.
  • Support ETL flows in and out of STEP, and perform performance tuning and stability improvements on the STEP platform.
  • Triage incidents alongside the client's data stewards.
  • Write technical specs and configuration notes that hold up to client review.
  • Maintain daily working overlap with UK business hours.

WHAT WE NEED

  • 5–7 years of hands‑on Stibo STEP development—configuration, customization, integration.
  • Working knowledge of STEP CWB, STEP APIs, and business rules in Customer MDM (CMDM)—match‑merge, survivorship, golden record.
  • Experience with at least one major ETL or integration tool (SAP BODS, Informatica, ODI, SSIS, or similar).
  • SQL working level (Oracle or SQL Server).
  • English working proficiency (B2 minimum). UK client communication is daily.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with OneTrust.
  • BAU support experience on a live MDM platform (not just implementation projects).
  • Prior UK or Western European client experience.

WORK AUTHORISATION

Ukrainian CUKR holders already in Poland — direct. Applicants must have valid work authorization in their country of application. No sponsorship available.
