You’ll be involved in device configuration, patch testing, rollout activities, and troubleshooting across a mixed environment that includes IoT systems (building management, lighting, occupancy, air quality), Windows and Linux servers, and cloud/SaaS platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and implementing enterprise IoT/OT device infrastructure — config, maintenance, patching, troubleshooting
- Translating architectural designs and requirements into operational implementations
- Performing patch testing, deployments, and device validation
- Troubleshooting complex issues across device, network, server, and platform layers
- Managing migration, refurbishment, and new IoT platform rollout projects
- Writing and maintaining runbooks, technical documentation, and operational guides
- Ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards — auth, authorisation, encryption
- Working with vendors and stakeholders to implement and future-proof systems
What We Need
- Windows and Linux server administration
