Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative / Handyperson for our National hire client in Devizes, SN10.

Temporary to Permanent

Mon-Fri, early finish on Friday

OT occasional available, paid at enhanced rate £13.00 ph DOE

FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL

About the Yard Operative / Handyperson Job:

  • Make temporary accommodation units as per client spec
  • Build, install and maintain temporary accommodation cabins
  • Perform basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks

As a Yard Operative / Handyperson, you will need the following skills and/or experience:

  • Previous experience within a workshop or yard operative
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to undertake basic handyperson duties (hang doors, replace plasterboards, fix urinals)
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions with a can do attitude
