Your role as Working Foreman

As a Working Installation Foreman at Yacht Interior Group, you play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You are responsible for organizing and executing on-site installation work. You lead a team of installers while actively participating in the installation of high-quality interior components, such as flooring, wall panels, ceilings, and exclusive furniture.

In addition, you ensure that technical drawings are accurately translated into practice. You oversee project quality, scheduling, and safety, acting as the point of contact for project management, clients, and subcontractors. Drawing on your experience and leadership skills, you resolve challenges and motivate the team to deliver outstanding results.

Your profile

  • A completed vocational qualification at a minimum of MBO level 3, with extensive experience in interior construction, preferably within the luxury yacht building sector.
  • Technical and organizational insight, with the skills to effectively lead a team.
  • Strong communication skills and able to adapt quickly in dynamic situations.
  • Precise, responsible, and solution-oriented.
