Your role as supervisor
As a supervisor at Yacht Interior Group, you are the linchpin of our projects. You lead one or more teams installing luxury interiors on the world's most exclusive yachts. Whenever possible, you also roll up your sleeves and assist with the installation. You oversee scheduling, quality, and safety, ensuring that every project is completed on time and within budget.

Your profile
- At least an MBO diploma, with experience in large-scale projects, preferably in yacht or shipbuilding.
- Organizational skills, technical insight, and the ability to maintain an overview.
- An independent, sociable approach and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good command of the English language and willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
