We are seeking an exceptional Estate Manager to take full operational ownership of the estate located on a private island.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering a seamless, five-star residential hospitality experience for homeowners and guests while ensuring excellence across operations, service delivery, team leadership, financial control, and guest experience.
The Estate Manager is the primary operational leader for the estate, responsible for anticipating homeowner needs, maintaining world-class standards, and ensuring flawless execution across all touch points.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full estate operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional presentation standards
- Act as primary point of contact for homeowners and guests, delivering discreet, personalised, anticipatory service
- Manage the full guest journey including pre-arrival planning, itineraries, experiences and departure
- Learn home owners preferences to ensure all SOPs are up to date, accurate and allow you to anticipate needs ahead of arrivals
- Be the key point of contact for home owners when they are not in residence
- Oversee food & beverage standards, ordering, presentation, dietary requirements, hygiene and cost control
- Manage estate budgets, approve expenditure, oversee stock control and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Oversee and execute events inline with guest/home owner requests
- Recruit, lead, train and develop the estate team, driving high performance and accountability
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and estate readiness while safeguarding all homeowner assets and inventory
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety, sustainability and estate operational standards
- Coordinate bespoke itineraries, travel arrangements, activities, dining experiences, events and special requests to ensure exceptional homeowner and guest experiences.
- Ensure the estate is fully prepared for homeowner arrivals, guest stays and special events, maintaining impeccable presentation and operational readiness at all times.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly experienced luxury hospitality or private estate professional with proven UHNW operational exposure. The ideal candidate will have:
- Min 5 years experience in luxury hospitality, private estate management, or high-end resort leadership
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in service-led environments
- Strong operational, financial and organisational capability
- Exceptional attention to detail and anticipatory service mindset
- High emotional intelligence, discretion and professionalism
- Ability to perform in remote, high-pressure, guest-driven environments
- Hands-on leadership style with strong ownership mentality
Experience in yacht operations or UHNW private households/private islands is highly advantageous.
Additional Information
This role forms part of a wider private estate operations structure and works closely with other Estate Managers and other departments to ensure consistency of service across the property.
The Estate Manager must be flexible, collaborative, and willing to support other estates or operational areas when required
