Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Leadership & Ownership
    • Take full ownership of daily store operations and performance

  • Commercial Performance & Strategy
    • Drive sales and profitability through active shop-floor leadership
    • Contribute to weekly plans of action (POA) and take responsibility for executing them in-store
    • Monitor KPIs, sell-through and category performance, identifying opportunities in real time

    • Lead, coach and develop the store team day-to-day
    • Build strong relationships with team members, supporting progression and performance
    • Set the tone for standards, energy and customer-first culture
    • Deliver ongoing feedback, training and motivation in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer Experience & Community
    • Build genuine rapport with regular and loyalty customers
    • Be a visible presence on the shop floor, creating a welcoming and high-energy atmosphere
    • Represent the brand authentically to our Brick Lane community
    • Use customer insight to inform buying focus, VM and events
  • Visual Merchandising & Product Curation
    • Take ownership of the store’s visual identity and flow
    • Curate product drops and stories that feel exciting, trend-led and commercial
    • React quickly to stock levels, trends and sell-through
    • Maintain high visual standards at all times
  • Events, Marketing & Brand Activation
    • Ideate, plan and host in-store events for loyalty and repeat customers
    • Work with the Social Media Manager to create moments worth sharing
    • Support local marketing initiatives and activations across both sites
    • Help bring the brand to life beyond just the shop floor

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior retail management role (fashion or vintage strongly preferred)
  • Confident running a store with autonomy and responsibility
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of sales, KPIs and customer behaviour
  • A natural leader who enjoys developing people
  • Creative, proactive and comfortable contributing ideas and strategy
  • Passionate about vintage fashion, particularly Y2K and early 2000s trends
  • Organised, resilient and thrives in fast-paced, high-volume retail

Salary: £30,000 per year + bonus scheme
