Y2K Vintage is expanding beyond London, and Brighton is our next exciting location. With a focus on womenswear from the 90s and 2000s, we’re looking for a highly capable Assistant Store Manager to support the launch and day-to-day running of this new store.
This is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-moving brand, help build a new store from the ground up, and be part of an exciting expansion phase.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Leadership & Ownership
- Support daily store operations and take ownership on the shop floor
- Assist the Store Manager in driving performance and standards
- Provide insight into customer behaviour and store opportunities
- Commercial Performance & Strategy
- Drive sales through strong customer engagement
- Support execution of plans of action
