Y2K Vintage is expanding beyond London, and Brighton is our next exciting location. With a focus on womenswear from the 90s and 2000s, we’re looking for a highly capable Assistant Store Manager to support the launch and day-to-day running of this new store. This is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-moving brand, help build a new store from the ground up, and be part of an exciting expansion phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Leadership & Ownership
    • Support daily store operations and take ownership on the shop floor
    • Assist the Store Manager in driving performance and standards
    • Provide insight into customer behaviour and store opportunities
  • Commercial Performance & Strategy
    • Drive sales through strong customer engagement
    • Support execution of plans of action
    • Monitor KPIs and performance trends
  • Team Development & Culture
    • Support training and development of the team
    • Help build a strong, positive store culture
    • Lead by example in energy and standards
  • Customer Experience & Community
    • Create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience
    • Build relationships with customers and contribute to community growth

  • Visual Merchandising & Product Curation

Salary: £30,000.00 (+bonus)
