In an industry shaped by complexity and misaligned incentives, Y TREE uses data, technology and institutional grade advice to bring transparency, evidence and accountability to every decision. Y TREE is trusted as the adviser to a growing group of high-net-worth leaders from sectors including business, law, private equity and consulting.
Y TREE is a fast paced, high performing and young-spirited organisation. Colleagues take their roles seriously, but retain a sense of fun. The successful candidate will have worked for several years as an assistant to a team of executives in a fast paced and high-performing environment which required them to be quick on the uptake, proactive, efficient, organised and accurate in their work. They will have a track record of successfully prioritising actions, and showing adaptability in supporting the evolving activities of a team. Candidates should enjoy building relationships with colleagues and third parties, and be comfortable, and polished, interacting with senior people. They need to possess excellent levels of written English. They will be reasonably tech savvy, and ideally familiar working on Apple platforms and using AI in their roles. Previous experience with Slack, G-Suite and Salesforce would be beneficial.
The Senior Team EA will provide administrative support to Y TREE’s small but fast-moving Network Team. The Senior Team EA will also manage agendas, papers and actions for team meetings, and help administer events. Keeping sensitive information confidential is a pre-requisite.

Subject to passing probation, we offer private healthcare, a 3% pension contribution and discounted gym membership, among other benefits. This is a hybrid role, but a majority of the week is expected to be spent in Y TREE’s office on Shaftesbury Avenue, London W1D.
