Y TREE is a fast-growing wealthtech advisory platform that is transforming people’s experience with wealth management. In an industry shaped by complexity and misaligned incentives, Y TREE uses data, technology and institutional grade advice to bring transparency, evidence and accountability to every decision. We have created a new category of service that starts with life goals then makes wealth visible and measurable across performance, risk and costs - helping clients make confident decisions to achieve their aspirations. Y TREE is trusted as the adviser to a growing group of high-net-worth leaders from business, law, private equity, accounting, corporate finance, consulting, and sport.
We are seeking a senior, polished, and exceptionally well-networked individual to help build our profile and connections, such that we can add to our client base in a targeted fashion. The successful candidate is likely to have a significant track record in wealth management, and will be energetic, proactive, organised, commercially adroit, and have a passion for, and proven ability, to build trusted peer-to-peer relationships with clients and other high-value individuals. The person who joins us will have demonstrated an ability to work constructively in a small and entrepreneurial team within a high-performing organisation.
This is an almost exclusively externally focused role with the principal objective to identify prospective clients, to qualify them, to build relationships with them, and introduce them to Y TREE’s client advisers. The Senior Network Executive will also represent Y TREE at events, forums, and other professional networks. The Senior Network Executive will not have responsibility for advising clients, but will collaborate with the client advisers and other teams to deliver a joined-up approach to business development and a smooth client experience.
Y TREE pays competitively, and offers 25 days of paid leave each year. Subject to passing probation, we offer private healthcare, a 3% pension contribution and discounted gym membership, among other benefits. This is a hybrid role, but a majority of the week is expected to be spent in Y TREE’s office on Shaftesbury Avenue, London W1D.
Our mission at Y TREE is to build diversity in our teams; diversity of thought, culture, backgrounds and perspectives. Please come as you are and let us know if there are any reasonable adjustments we can make to support you in your application process. Additionally, if you don't feel you meet 100% of the requirements please apply anyway if you feel you can demonstrate your suitability to the role. Please note, that sponsorship is not available for this role.
