Team Overview
The Y TREE Client Team is one of the largest and most integral in the business. The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Client Services Analyst to join our team with an aspiration in becoming a Chartered Financial Planner. In this critical role, you will be the subject matter expert and escalation point within the team, responsible for the flawless, timely, and safe execution of all client-related operational functions.

  • Execute account transfers with a high degree of autonomy, manage escalations, and proactively communicate with clients and providers to meet strict SLAs.
  • Act as a key operational liaison and escalation point for all client cash movements and time-sensitive private equity capital calls, ensuring absolute precision.
  • Manage invoicing and fund collection, taking the lead on resolving complex payment issues.
  • Champion the accuracy and security of all client data and advice records in full compliance with GDPR, leading data remediation projects as required.
  • Handle complex client communications ensuring the one-business-day SLA is met.

About You
CII qualifications are preferable, but not essential. If you have completed CSI or the CFA we would expect you to have started some financial planning qualifications, or that you can demonstrate an interest in studying this in the future. Further qualifications will be supported by the business, where appropriate.

  • You will have 12-24 months work experience in financial services, working as an administrator or client services professional. This could be from an institutional or retail background.
  • You will have a 2:1 or higher degree with an excellent dissertation mark (or equivalent).
  • You are an energetic self-starter who thrives on autonomy and is adept at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and are highly responsive.
  • You are an effective collaborator, confident working as part of a team that is building a business.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and find satisfaction in completing tasks and ticking off lists.
  • You are solutions-led with the ability to proactively seek answers.
