About Y TREE
Y TREE is a fast-growing tech-enabled wealth adviser that is transforming people’s experience of the sector. In an industry shaped by complexity and misaligned incentives, Y TREE uses data, technology and institutional grade advice to bring transparency, evidence and accountability to every decision. Y TREE is trusted as the adviser to a growing group of high-net-worth leaders from sectors including business, law, private equity and consulting.
Y TREE is a fast-paced, high-performing and young-spirited organisation. Colleagues take their roles seriously, but retain a sense of fun. They collaborate constantly, pitch in to solve problems, and have a can-do mindset. The firm’s Network Team is almost exclusively externally focused, with a mission to build awareness of Y TREE amongst possible clients and other senior and influential people.
About the Role
The Network Product and Operations Associate will proactively identify and execute on opportunities to automate complex work-processes within the Network Team. They will gather business requirements, scope operational solutions, set out the design logic for how a workflow should function, decide the best technical approach, build prototypes using low-code/no-code platforms, and act as the bridge to our core product teams to deploy robust solutions. They will have ownership of our CRM data environment but treat it as a product. They will architect automated workflows that underpin quality and integrity, and facilitate analysis to help us manage relationships. Overall, they are the architect of our intelligence: they will build the automations and use them, alongside us, to build high-value commercial networks.
About You
The successful candidate will be highly intelligent, quick on the uptake, inquisitive, thoughtful and adaptable. They will likely have several years’ experience in a similarly scoped role in a high performing organisation where they identified pain points in complex processes and designed and delivered automation workflows and solutions to creatively address them. Ideally this will have encompassed ownership of data: ensuring integrity through automation; showing ingenuity in augmenting it using external sources; and designing and building dynamic dashboards. They will probably have graduated in a STEM discipline, and have experience with Python, LLMs and workflow automation platforms. They should be able to navigate CRMs but view them as databases to build upon.
