- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, shaping role design and hiring strategies to support long-term scalability.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and senior stakeholders on workforce planning, succession considerations and future capability needs.
- Coach stakeholders through complex hiring trade-offs (e.g. capability vs potential, market availability, compensation considerations).
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche and senior roles, using direct sourcing, referrals, and our networks.
- Deliver a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience aligned with Y TREE’s values and employer brand.
- Ensure recruitment activity complies with employment law, FCA expectations and internal governance standards.
- Continuously improve hiring processes to balance quality, speed, fairness and compliance.
- Play a role in developing a scalable in-house talent attraction model, reducing agency reliance.
