Y TREE is seeking a Senior Performance Partner to partner with managers, shaping performance and engagement across the Talent Experience function. You will work with senior leaders to address early performance concerns, design robust performance frameworks and ensure compliant, pragmatic casework execution.
You will use AI tools to draft documentation, research policy questions and support efficient processes while maintaining high judgement and fairness in sensitive situations.
