We are building commercial-grade AI-powered software products focused on vertical business systems (compliance, SaaS tools for SMEs, operational automation). This is not a corporate dev role. You will work directly with a driven founder to design, build and ship AI-enabled products fast — testing real-world revenue models and pushing practical boundaries of agentic AI in commercial environments. The mission is simple: Build products that create leverage, save time, and generate revenue.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and shipping SaaS products from scratch
- Building AI-integrated workflows (LLMs, APIs, retrieval systems)
- Creating clean, simple front-end dashboards
- Developing lightweight backends (Python)
- Deploying products (Vercel, Railway, or similar)
- Integrating payments (Stripe subscriptions)
- Working in fast weekly sprints
- Turning business ideas into working MVPs
You will be expected to move quickly, think commercially, and prioritise revenue over perfection.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Strong full-stack experience (or similar)
- Backend capability (or Python)
- Experience integrating APIs (OpenAI, Stripe, third-party services)
- Comfortable deploying and managing live apps
- Independent worker who thrives without hand-holding
- Commercial mindset — understands MRR, SaaS economics, user value
Desirable:
- Experience building SaaS products from 0 → live
- Familiarity with AI workflows (RAG, prompt structuring, automation)
- Startup experience
- SME / compliance / fintech exposure
