As Charter Support, you will be at the heart of the Charter Retail team, helping to keep operations running smoothly and enabling brokers to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will manage and maintain accurate charter data in Salesforce, support bookings and documentation and prepare high-quality, tailored itineraries. You will also help coordinate team schedules, support prospecting activity, and ensure meetings and follow-ups run seamlessly. In addition, you will play a key role in yacht shows and events, supporting travel, client communications, and logistics, while ensuring all information is accurately captured and up to date. Working closely with the Creative team and international offices, you will help ensure charter yachts are presented to the highest standard across all platforms. This is a fast-paced and varied role where your organisation, attention to detail, and proactive mindset will make a real impact on the team’s success.
