We are a Window Blind manufacturing company based in Worksop, free parking on site.
The purpose of this role is to provide a speedy and efficient response to all customer enquiries both existing and potential. Thus to support the maximising of sales from existing customers, whilst aiding conversion of enquiries into orders.
Duties and responsibilities:
Dealing with sales enquiries by telephone and email. Resolve any issues and answer queries relating to their order
Processing sales orders received by email, therefore accuracy is extremely important
Preparing paperwork for the factory for production and assist with production scheduling
Liaising with external sales team regarding progressing of orders
Liaison with all other business areas to ensure you meet customer requirements
Quoting prices using current system and existing price lists
Recording and progressing customer complaints
Dealing with and selling our product to customers in our Showroom
