Y-Axis is seeking an experienced Head of Academy to provide strategic leadership and ensure high standards across teaching, learning, behaviour and curriculum design. You will work closely with the Executive Headteacher and EMAT central team to drive improvement and accountability.
In this full-time role, you will lead day-to-day management, timetabling, and performance management for teaching staff, while holding the academy to account and shaping improvement planning.
