Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to portfolio profitability by ensuring claims are assessed and managed appropriately, with a strong focus on achieving fair and commercially sound outcomes.
- Identify and maximise subrogation and recovery opportunities while ensuring claims-related expenses are effectively controlled.
- Directly manage and proactively handle allocated claims to a high standard, identifying opportunities to create value and protect the organisation's position.
- Assess, negotiate and resolve claims effectively, applying sound technical judgement and maintaining appropriate claims strategy throughout the lifecycle.
