We play a crucial role in assisting individuals who are interested in exploring study, work, and settling opportunities in the UK, Canada, Australia, and the USA. The company is rapidly expanding and as such we are looking for suitable candidates to join this fast-growing team.
Candidates will need to have strong interpersonal skills as the job is centred on communicating with clients and authorities. The ability to develop rapport quickly, and work independently are also necessary, along with a flair for generating ideas of how to promote our services.
Role Description
This is a contract position, fully remote for a Registered Migration Agent, Australia. The RMA will provide professional and accurate advice to clients regarding their immigration applications. The consultant will ensure that all client data is accurate and up to date, provide excellent customer service, and maintain client files in accordance with company procedures as well as MARA regulations.
- Provide immigration consultations to clients, evaluating the client's profile and indicating the best immigration pathway for them.
- Work on applications to be submitted to MARA, including filling out forms, drafting letters of motivation, and compiling supporting documents.
- Carry out each particular process for each client from start to finish.
- Keep up to date with recent changes in Australian immigration laws.
- Create, maintain, and collect all necessary information for each client in their immigration process.
- Fill out electronic forms with client information, following MARA code of conduct.
- Proactively participate in paralegal training.
- Follow up with clients after consultations with the objective of closing contracts.
Qualifications
- Expertise in migration services, including visa processing and regulatory compliance.
- Strong client relationship management, consultation, and advisory skills.
- Proficient in case management with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in research, understanding, and applying immigration laws.
- Registered Migration Agent with MARA accreditation.
- Proven experience in Australian migration regulations and processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English.
- 1-2 years of experience in the field.
- Ability to solve problems independently with high analytical thinking that adapts to the parameters of the company's values and objectives.
- Good communication and professionalism between co-workers and clients.
- Flexible and autonomous.
- Willingness to work as per UK time zone.
