Media & PR — Core Focus

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets across robotics, logistics tech, and B2B tech verticals—both domestic and international.

  • Write and edit press releases, bylines, and executive commentary that meet publication standards without heavy oversight.
  • Monitor media coverage and proactively identify opportunities and risks.

Content & Brand Voice

  • Own the quality and consistency of all external-facing PR content in English.
  • Work with product content and design teams to ensure brand messaging is coherent across materials.
  • Develop and articulate XYZ Robotics' overarching brand narrative—translating technical strengths into compelling market positioning.

  • Proven track record of independently managing media relationships—not just executing tasks handed down.
  • Strong writing in both Chinese and English; able to produce clean, publication-ready content.
  • Experience in B2B tech (enterprise software, intelligent hardware, supply chain tech, or adjacent sector).
  • Comfortable operating with limited structure and building processes from scratch.
