XYZ Reality are the creators of the world's first and only engineering‑grade Augmented Reality solution, purpose built for the construction industry. The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own and shape key experiences across our XR headset and web platform. You’ll create tools used in high‑pressure construction environments, where clarity, speed, and accuracy directly impact cost and delivery. You’ll turn complex BIM and construction workflows into intuitive, effective experiences, connecting planning in the office with execution on site. You’ll lead design from early discovery through to delivery, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Hardware teams. This is a hands‑on role with significant influence over product direction, interaction paradigms, and how spatial computing is applied in practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end experiences across XR headset, web platform, and supporting mobile tools
- Lead design of complex features from discovery through delivery
- Translate complex construction workflows into intuitive tools
- Explore and define spatial (3D) interaction patterns
- Design dashboards, data visualisations, and collaboration features
- Contribute to and evolve a cross‑platform design system
- Use research and testing to inform decisions and validate solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Hardware through delivery
