What will the role involve?
- Overseeing a number of projects under your control including project deployment, weekly monitoring, regular site visits, customer engagement, budget control and successful completion of each project.
- Collaborating closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure XYZ’s product is being utilized to the fullest on each project and the client is receiving its full benefit.
- Maximise project-team and client engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (on-site, marketing, sales, customer success etc).
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- M&E Project Management experience is essential.
- Mission Critical experience also required (ideally Data Centers, but Nuclear, Pharmaceutical and Hospital backgrounds also considered).
- Degree qualified in construction related field - OR M&E trade background with 6+ years experience.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with key clients.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
