Youâll be designing for Câsuite buyers, technical experts, and sales teams, turning complex data, product capability, and construction reality into clear, confident, highâimpact visual stories. Youâll own pitch decks, dataâled infographics, client reports, and marketing assets seen across the globe - often at speed, often under pressure, always with commercial intent. You will be the guardian of a cuttingâedge visual brand as it scales.

Role Overview
The Graphic Designer / Creative Artworker will own the visual execution of XYZ Realityâs brand across sales, marketing, client communications, and internal content. This is a handsâon role for someone who can move fast, think commercially, and bring a modern, techâforward aesthetic into a traditionally conservative industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales, GTM & Commercial Design
- Design high-impact pitch decks and presentations for enterprise and Câsuite audiences
- Create data-driven infographics that translate complex information into sharp visual narratives
- Build and maintain scalable templates for sales, client reporting, and communications
- Curate and build out digital deal rooms to support pipeline engagement and acceleration
- Digital Execution
- Own and execute the website design and CMS with support of agency as required
- Develop and build digital marketing experiences on platforms like HubSpot and Trumpet
- Ensure integrated campaigns are best in class in design and production
- Brand & Marketing Execution
- Execute creative across:
- Digital campaigns and social media
- Web graphics and imagery
- Clientâfacing reports and materials
- Produce and retouch photography and manage visual assets
- Ensure consistency across all externalâfacing content
- Brand Guardianship
- Own and evolve the visual brand system
- Protect consistency while pushing for bold, modern execution
- Apply the brand confidently across digital, print, and physical formats
- Motion, Video & Advanced Creative (Desirable)
- Create or edit shortâform videos
- Develop motion graphics or animations
- Use movement to elevate storytelling, not decorate it
- Print, Merch & Physical Brand
- Design and manage print materials
- Create and manage branded merchandise
- Work with suppliers to ensure quality and consistency
- Agencies, Pace & Priorities
- Brief and manage external agencies and contractors
- Deliver highâquality work under tight deadlines
- Juggle priorities in a fastâpaced, high-growth environment
- Adapt quickly as the business scales and evolves
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in B2B graphic design / creative artwork (+3 years)
- Deep expertise in pitch decks, presentations, and infographics
- High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Figma
- Comfortable designing for technical and commercial audiences
- Confident operating in ambiguity and speed
- Experience managing and delivering websites and online experiences
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Video editing experience
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or construction environments
- Familiarity with modern web and digital tools
