XYZ Reality is seeking a TA / People Systems Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid role in Germany. You’ll own Ashby administration, optimize workflows, templates and automation, and ensure accurate data across candidates, requisitions and interviews.
You’ll also build recruitment dashboards, produce insights, and support recruiter and hiring-manager activities. Previous Ashby experience is essential for success in this scaling environment.
