Role Purpose

The Lima Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Lima software. This role owns what is built and why, ensuring the product delivers value to customers and aligns with business objectives. The Product Manager acts as the central decision‑maker for product direction, balancing customer needs, commercial priorities, and technical constraints. Working closely with the Head of Development and the Lead Solutions Consultant, this role ensures Lima evolves in a structured, strategic, and market‑driven way.

    • Define and own the product vision for Lima

    • Communicate product direction, roadmap, and priorities internally
    • Own product‑related messaging and positioning (with support from CRM)
    • Ensure clarity across teams on what is being built and why
