Be (or bring) the expert in the room, able to interrogate and challenge the client's objectives, goals, strategies and measures of success.
  • Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales strategies, optimise processes, and contribute to the overall growth and success of Catalyx.
  • Learning & Development (L&D) Delivery: Utilise technical and leadership experiences, along with best practice content, to contribute to the wider team and business's learning and development.
