As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization.
  • Take care of company property.
  • Demonstrate high impact culture through innovation, accountability, and empowerment.
  • Function in a team environment.
  • Work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Lead, coach, guide, and motivate others.
  • Some travel required (20%-80% travel depending on division & location, including overnight stays away from home).
Requirements:
  • Education & Experience Requirements: Pump industry work experience preferred (at least 2-3 years).
  • Skill Requirements: Electrical training ideally to at least Level 3 NVQ, 18th Edition, and Inspection and Testing would be advantageous.
  • Basic mechanical pump and system knowledge.
  • Product training will be given.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
  • Synthesises technical information and communicates it clearly.
  • Derives insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve problems often in novel and unexpected ways.
