Xylem is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support UK operations by improving inventory efficiency while maintaining the service levels our customers expect. This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP capability, a sharp eye for data accuracy, and experience working across supply chain, logistics, and operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory to meet operational demand, cost, and stock-turn targets
- Support ERP administration to ensure accurate inventory data and invoicing
- Place replenishment orders for consigned stock locations across the UK
- Produce and analyse inventory and shipping reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Create and maintain item master data, including new product set-up and price updates
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory visibility and availability
- Assist with perpetual inventory checks and periodic stock counts (limited UK travel)
- Resolve inventory, shipping, and invoice queries in collaboration with internal teams
Experience:
- Experience in inventory control, supply chain, or logistics coordination
- Strong ERP and data management skills
- High attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally
- Proactive, structured, and improvement-focused
