Job Description This is a hybrid role that will involve, working from home, office and site in the North of England. \n (On the M62 corridor) \n What will I be doing? \n To support day to day operation of Xylem North East and North West - Site Services & Rental, working on customer pump solutions. \n ACCOUNTABILITIES \n \n This is salaried position and is a non-muni role, so for example working on site at Drax supporting their requirements and SHB PS, Cleveland Potash, United Utilities, Severn Trent Services etc to scope jobs and quote accordingly. \n Arranging site visits for Rental over pumping quoting and installation. \n Arranging your own diary and being accountable. \n Supporting the CS Teams with issues and site support. \n Creating Method Statements and Risk Assessments. \n Working with Scheduling to ensure PPM’s are up to date. \n Chasing outstanding work. \n Supporting engineers with help, advice and guidance. \n Arranging parts and equipment. \n Liaising with Thirsk/ Warrington Admin support. \n Taking ownership for jobs awarded from quotation to completion of installation. \n Working with the other departments. \n Working with the Area’s Field Sales Team & arranging joint site visits. \n Working with Xylem Technical. \n This role will require a degree of flexibility. \n Training will depend on the needs of the successful applicant. \n \n We Offer \n Competitive basic salary, Pension, 25 days holiday, Flexible benefits, Health Cash Plan, ShareSave, company vehicle. \n Skills / Education / Qualifications Required \n \n Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage own workload. \n Experience working in pump hire installation or similar field. \n Able to work under pressure whilst meeting tight deadlines \n IT literacy – if not training will be provided. \n \n Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner.
