Job Summary

The Key Accounts Representative is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. They identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts, present products or services to clients, and address any issues or concerns they may have. The role involves conducting market research, preparing account reports, and meeting account management targets. Key Accounts Representatives must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage their key accounts effectively.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Address customer concerns, queries, and feedback promptly.
  • Foster long-term relationships by understanding client needs and tailoring solutions.

Sales Support And Upselling
