Overview
In this role, you will drive sales growth for Xylem's Treatment solutions across the UK and Nordics, blending channel and direct sales to expand profitable opportunities.
You will develop and execute strategic plans, qualify and convert leads, and build strong relationships with customers and influencers.
You’ll translate market needs into value propositions, collaborate with engineering and service teams, and help shape growth in water filtration and deionized water applications.
This position offers remote work with regional scope and a direct line to the Sales Leader – EMEA, enabling you to impact our sustainable water solutions at scale.
Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive sales growth plans within the territory, incorporating capital equipment sales with channel partners and direct sales
- Forecast run-rate business and new projects during monthly reviews
- Develop and qualify leads while expanding existing accounts and exploring new markets
- Build relationships with buyers and influencers at all levels and understand competitive positioning
- Create and execute sales plans to meet targets for designated market sectors/applications
- Forecast accurately and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting
- Develop technical sales competence to provide solutions with support from Application Engineering and Aftermarket/Project teams
- Provide market intelligence on regulatory changes, trends, product improvements, and opportunities to enable growth
- Coordinate local trade show presence and maintain CRM records for opportunities
- Lead and coach channel partners to achieve regional targets
- Prepare concise, insightful performance presentations for leadership
- Share competitor insights with product management and regional leaders
- Maintain urgency in closing opportunities while developing new leads
- Travel up to 50% as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers and partners

- 10+ years of proven technical sales experience
- 10+ years of water treatment and filtration sales experience
- Strong network in Deionized water applications (desirable)
- Excellent customer service and relationship/solution selling skills
- Ability to quickly learn products, processes, and purchasing drivers

- Experience in training, coaching, and motivating others to hit targets
