Xyla is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Pre-Operative Assessment Team. You will deliver nurse-led pre-assessment clinics for elective surgical patients across Urology, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, and Head & Neck, ensuring timely assessments.
You will document assessments, record in PAS and EPR, escalate high-risk findings, and maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and governance within a busy NHS Trust environment. Based in Leigh on Sea, UK.
