The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated university student or early-career candidate to support our Installation & Operations team on a casual basis. This role provides hands-on experience inside a fast-growing global technology company, working on real enterprise projects involving IoT, data analytics and smart building deployments. You will work directly with the regional leadership team and gain exposure to both technical and commercial operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
The role offers broad exposure and real responsibility from the outset. You will support delivery across live customer and prospect projects, helping ensure timelines are met and outputs are accurate and high quality. Work will span commercial structuring, hardware coordination, software platform support and implementation activities. The focus is on enabling strong customer delivery while building the operational foundations required to scale.
- Reviewing live sensor data to validate installation quality
- Managing and reconciling sensor layout plans developed by offshore team
- Creating structured program delivery plans for new site deployments
- Summarising pricing comparisons for enterprise customers
- Reviewing tender packs to extract technical requirements and assisting with proposal developments
- Supporting go-live checks of IoT devices for new customer sites
- Customer data analytics reviews to summarise insight plans
- Tracking hardware and platform performance
- Maintaining stakeholder data in Salesforce
What We’re Looking For
- Available at least 2 days per week in our Moorgate office.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (or willingness to quickly learn using AI tools)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Technically curious and competent
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and proactive
- No prior smart building experience required but it’s a bonus if this is a field of interest to you.
