Founded in 2019 by 3 incredibly motivated entrepreneurs whose mission was clear – business should be a force for good. And by good we mean we consider people and planet as well as profit. We are very proud to be a Certified B Corp! We currently manage over 400,000 sq ft of hospitality focused co‑working, event, and exclusive clubspaces for over 5,000 members. We operate across the UK, with offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes, with ambitious plans to launch more sites on the horizon.
About the Role
This is a roll your sleeves up and get involved type role – with no two days being the same. Although based on our front desk, you will be free to roam and proactively assist across the site as needed. You will respond and action all email enquiries from current and prospective members, book meeting rooms, coordinate all member engagement events, manage stock/supplies and support the sales team by warmly welcoming prospective members.

As the first person our members engage with at our People's Mission Hall site, Whitechapel, you will understand what exceptional service looks like, and how to achieve that. Your positive and engaging nature is infectious, and everyone you interact with walks away a little bit happier. You enjoy the buzz of a varied role that keeps you on your toes, and want to work for a company that will put your exceptional people skills to full use.
The Space
PMH is far from a traditional office environment. Think polished concrete floors, neon details, lots of plants, and a hidden courtyard garden in the middle of Whitechapel. Both spaces attract a diverse mix of members across charities, education, creative industries, and independent businesses, giving the buildings a relaxed and characterful atmosphere.
