The bit about the role:
First impressions matter, and as our Front of House Host you’ll be a highly visible brand ambassador, setting the tone for every member and guest experience from the moment they arrive.
You’ll support the General Manager and wider team with member and guest enquiries, as well as coordinate bookings for restaurants and meeting rooms, manage RSVP tracking, generate QR codes for events and assist with event collateral (menus, name cards, etc).
The bit about you:
You are friendly, approachable, and naturally put people at ease. You take pride in your ability to quickly build genuine relationships with anyone you meet.
Highly organised and resourceful, you’re the “glue” that keeps things running smoothly. You stay calm under pressure and are trusted to get things done.
You are known for your uncanny ability to remember names and faces and genuinely love connecting with new people (and their four legged friends).
