About Us

The Arding Rooms is x+why’s newest private members’ club, located in the beautifully restored Arding & Hobbs building in the heart of Clapham Junction. Featuring a stylish restaurant, bar, meeting and event space and a stunning roof‑top terrace with amazing views of London’s skyline, we aim to deliver exceptional experiences for our members and their guests.

About the Role

This is a variable contract offering approximately 35–40 hours per week, at £14 per hour plus a service charge. The role covers evenings and weekends, with occasional daytime shifts. Act as a highly visible brand ambassador, setting the tone for every member and guest experience from the moment they arrive. Support the General Manager and wider team with member and guest enquiries. Coordinate bookings for restaurants and meeting rooms. Manage RSVP tracking. Generate QR codes for events. Assist with event collateral (menus, name cards, etc.).
