Whether you're welcoming members for lunch, serving drinks on the roof terrace or supporting an evening event, you'll bring energy, attention to detail and genuine hospitality to every shift.

- A positive, outgoing, upbeat approach is your default demeanour.
- You take pride in your presentation and communicate with warmth and kindness.
- A natural people person, you will get to know our members (and their dogs) by name.
- Even when things get bumpy - you keep your cool, so guests are never aware.
- Can confidently adapt to working across the main restaurant, roof terrace and event space.
- Enjoys flexibility and commits to a range of weekday, evening and weekend shifts.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team who take great pride in everything they deliver.

We've built an environment that's welcoming, collaborative and ambitious, where people are encouraged to bring their personality to work, learn new skills and grow in confidence. While the team take their members’ experience very seriously, they also want to have a little fun along the way! We welcome people from all walks of life.
