The bit about us: Founded in 2019, by 3 incredibly motivated entrepreneurs whose mission was clear - business should be a force for good. And by good we mean; we consider people and planet as well as profit. We are very proud to be a Certified B Corp! We currently manage almost 400,000 sq ft of hospitality focused co-working, event, and exclusive Clubspaces for over 5000 members. We operate across the UK, with buildings in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes, and ambitious plans to launch more sites in 2025 (and beyond!).
The bit about you: As Community Manager at our beautiful brand new workspace in Bloomsbury House, you will fully immerse yourself within the x+why eco system, by providing exceptional levels of service and support to our members. You crave ownership, but also enjoy the buzz of being part of a hugely collaborative team. You are an exceptional communicator with a professional manner, are solution driven and always quick to respond to any member queries. You understand the importance of driving the highest operating standards across the site and appreciate the value of establishing positive relationships with all service partners. Managing a variety of moving parts, (while smiling) is what you do best! Highly adaptable, you love the sense of satisfaction that comes with overcoming challenges, learning new skills and exceeding expectations. Experience with operations, building and stakeholder management, sales, facilities coordination, and Health & Safety regulations, within a 5-Star hospitality environment or co-working sector is preferred. Ideally you are available to commence employment early/mid April.
